Our clients expect us to be creative. But what they also like is that we listen and follow their lead versus making them follow ours. We ask questions, take their ideas seriously, and are enthusiastic about their projects. We also entertain them, make them smile, and run along side them as we help meet their goals. Sounds a bit like the family beagle.

That’s why we think of ourselves as design dogs. Rather than cats, with a know it all, do it my way attitude, we prefer the picture of the loyal, enthusiastic dog. This suggests a willingness to please and do things that may be outside of our individual comfort zones to precisely meet the customer’s needs. Whether with a few quick idea sketches or a precisely crafted specification, we want to deliver the design and creativity the way our clients want it delivered—according to their needs, schedule, and budget–and with a wagging tail!
