The FF&E; An Important
Part of Any Design

FF&E, which stands for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment can be as much as 25-30% of an entire budget for new construction.

How the products are specified and sourced have a significant impact on the long term appearance of an interior. The ability to maintain products in a commercial setting so they will look as good in year five as they do in year one is important.

Budgets and purchasing power are crucial to maintain a design and overall feasibility.

The commitment to sustainability, including locally made, is a growing criteria for many specifiers.
