	Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront to Work with r.o.i. Design   r.o.i. Design has been approved by Carlson Hotels to work with local ownership in the fulfillment of a PIP program (Property Improvement Plan) that addresses Radisson's plans to refocus their image.   Todd Roesler, the General Manager, has a goal to use as much local labor and products as possible. They were pleased that r.o.i.
