Two "Before & After" Success Stories Showing the Return on Investment of Design     Law offices lobby BEFORE Law offices lobby AFTER   This is the Law Offices of Schnelker, Rassi & McConnell in downtown Grand Rapids. This group of lawyers recently started their own firm, and turned to r.o.i. Design to provide an economical solution to their empty lobby. Within a period of two weeks we were able to source furniture, lighting and accessories and install them, all within their budget. Talk about a return on investment!     Residential living room BEFORE   Residential living room AFTER   The next "before and after" is a residential project. Before, the living room was hardly ever used, and was decorated with formal antique furnishings. The owners wanted a room that felt more relaxed, and more up-to-date. We provided a design that created a focal wall, more lighting, new finishes and furniture.
